This prize includes: 

  • 2 roundtrip standard economy airline tickets from Auckland to Dublin. Prize-winner and companion must travel together
  • 5 nights’ twin-share accommodation with B&B Ireland.

This competition is open to residents of New Zealand.

Participants should be older than 21 years at the time of competition entry, in order to be eligible to participate.

This competition is open through to the completion of the British and Ireland Film Festival – Wednesday 13th November. 
 
A prize-winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries received in the afore-mentioned competition period. 
 
The winner will be notified by email on Monday November 25th and will have five days to react and accept their prize by 5 PM on Friday 29th November. If the winner does not reply within those dates, the prize will be passed on to the next winner. 
 
This prize can be redeemed for travel in the period up until the end of October 2025, subject to availability of the requested dates. Bookings must be made prior to 15th December 2024.

B&B Ireland vouchers valid for 5 nights, twin-share, will be provided which can be booked via the B&B Ireland website subject to availability

Blackout dates may apply and include December 15th, 2024, through January 5th 2025;

Any upgrades or alterations may be made and will be the responsibility of the prize winner.

All costs additional to the prize are at the prize winner’s expense. This includes Travel Insurance

Tourism Ireland will liaise with the winner, airline and accommodation partner to organize and book the flights and accommodation in the name of the winner and their travel companion.
 
Prize is based on two travellers, single room, double occupancy.

This prize cannot be exchanged for money. There is no cash or other alternative for this prize (or part thereof). Prize has no cash value and is void if bartered or sold.  
 
The prize is not transferable to anyone other than the winner. 
 
Any future increase to government taxes shall be the responsibility of the prize winner.  
 
By entering, entrants agree that they information they provide may be used by Tourism Ireland for the administration of this drawing, and may also be used to carry outreach about this competition, however, Tourism Ireland will only contact entrants with further promotions if they have opted in to receive them.  
 
Tourism Ireland reserves the right to exclude entries that contain material deemed offensive or believed to be fraudulent or based on misconduct.

All prize details are correct at the time of publication, but the promoter (Tourism Ireland) reserves the right to alter the details if necessary. 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tourism Ireland will assume no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage arising from the winning of this prize or attendance at any venue. The winner will do so at their own risk. 

Tourism Ireland reserves the right to modify, terminate or temporarily suspend the competition if it deems it necessary in its sole discretion to do so, provided that Tourism Ireland will not unreasonably exercise this right. 

The winner’s name will not be publicly announced. However, by entering the drawing, entrants agree to participate in any promotional activities connected with the prize drawing, should they be selected as a winner.  

Your data will only be collected, processed and used by Tourism Ireland for the stated purposes and for the implementation of the competition, insofar as this is necessary for the execution of the respective purposes. You can object to the collection, processing and use of the data for the aforementioned purposes at any time by sending an e-mail to [email protected] 

The winner may be required to provide additional personal information like passport, driving license, etc. in order for Tourism Ireland (or partners) to make travel arrangements, for them and their travel companion, to and on the island of Ireland. Arrangements may be made directly through Tourism Ireland or through an agency. Personal data will need to be shared with relevant parties including air carriers, car hire providers, etc. Tourism Ireland will share only minimal information to facilitate these activities.
